Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CAD software and drafting.
• Previous industry knowledge is an asset.
• Experience with packaging equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. engineering team in a fast-paced CPG environment
• Assist in projects relating to procurement and commissioning of new capital equipment
• Design custom components and tooling dies for packaging equipment in SolidWorks
• Fabricate these components through 3rd party vendors and/or our FDM 3D printer
• Perform time studies on existing production lines to support continuous improvement projects
• Revise preventative maintenance documents and SOPs
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting for existing packaging equipment and processes
• Working with supply chain team, and cross functional partners on process improvements

Position: Supply Chain Engineering Co-op
Compensation: approx. $43k-45k, 37.5 hrs per week

We are looking for a Co-op student to join our Supply Chain Engineering team for Winter & Summer 2027! This is great exposure for individuals looking to gain valuable engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. engineering team in a fast-paced CPG environment

• Assist in projects relating to the procurement and commissioning of new capital equipment

• Design custom components and tooling dies for packaging equipment in SolidWorks
