Lindt & Sprüngli Canada in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering Co-op for Winter & Summer 2027. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced CPG environment and hands-on experience with capital equipment projects.

Join our engineering team to design components in SolidWorks, coordinate fabrication via vendors or 3D printing, and perform time studies to support continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the supply chain and cross-functional partners to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CAD software and drafting is an asset.
• Previous industry knowledge is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in a fast-paced consumer-packaged-goods environment.
• Assist in projects relating to procurement and commissioning of new capital equipment.
• Design custom components and tooling dies for packaging equipment in SolidWorks.
• Fabricate components through 3rd party vendors and/or FDM 3D printer.
• Perform time studies on production lines to support continuous improvement projects.
• Revise preventative maintenance documents and SOPs.
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting for packaging equipment and processes.
• Work with the supply chain and cross-functional partners on process improvements.

Position: Supply Chain Engineering Co-op

Compensation: approx. $43k-45k, 37.5 hrs per week

We are looking for a Co-op student to join our Supply Chain Engineering team for Winter & Summer 2027! This is great exposure for individuals looking to gain valuable engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. engineering team in a fast-paced CPG environment
• Assist in projects relating to the procurement and commissioning of new capital equipment
• Design custom components and tooling dies for packaging equipment in SolidWorks
• Fabricate these components through 3rd party vendors and/or our FDM 3D printer
• Perform time studies on existing production lines to support continuous improvement projects
• Revise preventative maintenance documents and SOPs
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting for existing packaging equipment and processes
• Working with supply chain team, and cross functional partners on process improvements
