Job summary

Northland Properties Corporation (NPC) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily supply chain activities for our restaurant and hotel brands, including Sandman Hotel Group. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this full-time role focuses on PO management, vendor coordination, inventory tracking and logistics follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Crunchtime an asset.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and eliminate risks proactively.
• Support demand planning and forecasting by gathering and validating required data.
• Work with Operations, Procurement, and distribution partners to ensure supply continuity.
• Manage Order Guides to ensure locations have access to required products.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues such as shipment delays and quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate smooth product transitions through planning and execution.
• Assist in supplier performance monitoring and reporting (lead times, fill rates).
• Prepare regular reports for review (KPIs, inventory summaries, backorder status).
• Trigger, coordinate, and manage product recalls with proper documentation.
