Job summary

Jones Healthcare Group is seeking a Supply Chain Co-op in Ontario for Fall 2026 to gain hands-on experience across warehouse, logistics, and admin operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to learn real-world processes and contribute to cost savings and continuous improvement.

You will support routine tasks, analyze data in Excel, and gain exposure to SAP/ERP systems while developing strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or related field.
• Availability to work full-time during the Fall 2026 term.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SAP or ERP systems is an asset.
• Ability to manage routine operational tasks while identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support key projects that drive cost savings across the Supply Chain operation, such as reviewing LTL vs. courier routing.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks to keep Supply Chain and Warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Manage past-due purchase orders, including follow-up and execution support.
• Log and investigate freight overage costs to support accurate reporting and cost control.
• Respond to customer service and shipment-related requests from internal teams.
• Provide backup coverage for essential Supply Chain administrative tasks, ensuring continuity of operations.
