Job Description

As a Supervisor, reporting to the Food Services Manager, you will perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks supporting the unit. The schedule for the role will include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs.
• Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills.
• Cross‑trained to work in the Marek Cafe while assisting other areas of the unit.
• Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures.
• Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process.
• Performing physical inventories, maintaining the level of stock at the unit.
• Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement.

Qualifications

• Available for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required).
• Previous experience working in a Tim Horton's or another fast‑paced food service establishment.
• Previous experience working as a Tim Horton Baker.
• Kitchen experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Cash handling and cash management required.
• Able to communicate well in written and verbal English.
• Experience with Oracle is an asset.
