Job summary

McDonald's North Vancouver is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a busy team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise more than 20 staff, manage budgets, implement procedures, and maintain health and safety standards while optimizing inventory, scheduling and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a food-service environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience with cash handling and reporting procedures.

Tasks

• Monitor staff performance
