Kibbi Technologies Inc. recherche un superviseur de service en restauration sur site pour diriger une équipe et assurer le bon déroulement des opérations au comptoir service alimentaire.

Le poste implique la formation du personnel, la gestion des horaires et le maintien des standards de sécurité et d’hygiène dans un environnement de restauration rapide.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires requis.
  • Expérience en service alimentaire souhaitée.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et de travail en équipe.

Responsibilities

  • Établir des méthodes pour respecter les plannings de travail.
  • Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel qui préparent et portionnent les repas.
  • Former le personnel sur les tâches, l’hygiène et les procédures de sécurité.
  • Estimer les ingrédients et les fournitures nécessaires à la préparation des repas.
  • S’assurer que les aliments et le service respectent les normes de qualité.
  • Gérer les plaintes ou préoccupations des clients.
  • Maintenir les registres des stocks, des réparations, des ventes et des pertes.
  • Préparer et soumettre des rapports.
  • Superviser et vérifier l’assemblage des plateaux.
  • Établir les horaires de travail.
