Job summary

Instant Comptant, based in Québec, QC, is seeking a capable supervisor for a permanent, full-time retail role. The position requires leadership to assign duties, hire and train staff, and manage merchandise and cash, while maintaining organization and high service standards.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent French, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and can supervise a small team of 3–4 people. The work environment is retail, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on customer service

Responsibilities

We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take on their responsibilities at the earliest. The open positions are for Permanent employment or full-time jobs. The timings of shifts may be Morning, Day, Evening and Weekend.

• The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.).
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
