Job summary

Esso in Nova Scotia is seeking a store supervisor to manage day-to-day operations. You will assign sales staff, schedule shifts, arrange merchandise displays, supervise a team of 3-4 workers, and ensure smooth handling of customer requests. Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.

Work hours range from 30 to 40 per week with permanent status; English is the working language.
