Wesco in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll function, ensuring timely processing of timecards and maintaining accurate payroll records aligned with company goals.
You will supervise staff, develop operational plans, review regulations, and prepare government reports while maintaining strong controls. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, solid payroll and accounting knowledge, and excellent communication.
General Office
Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
Employee required to organize and coordinate schedules.
Employee required to analyze and interpret complex data.
Employee required to problem-solve.
Compensation Details: $85,683 - $115,672 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
