Reporting to the General Supervisor, Maintenance, you will lead a team of maintenance tradespeople to ensure assets are used effectively and sustainably. You will champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all work is planned and executed in compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary trades teams in the execution of project work, actively supporting and participating in commissioning activities while providing oversight during installation. Contributing to the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient mill operations. This is an 18‑month temporary position.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee, coach, and develop a team of tradespeople in the maintenance of site project work.
• Ensure that planned and ad‑hoc maintenance activities are carried out in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Assist other supervisors and departments to achieve common goals, as required.
• Play an active role in operational reliability and asset health.

Required:

• Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson certification or a technical diploma in a related mechanical discipline.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.

Recommended:

• A Saskatchewan supervisory certificate.
• First aid certificate.
• Previous working experience using SAP, Sigga and Bentley.
