This is a non-union positionEnbridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to lead our Calgary-based Gas Transmission and Midstream (GTM) Facility Engineering Oversight team within the Major Projects portfolio. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and people management for a multidisciplinary team of engineers responsible for facility design and construction support.

What you will do:
Lead a team of facility oversight engineers supporting Major Projects in GTM, covering various engineering fields and experience levels.
Provide expertise and technical guidance on the design, specification, and construction of mainline compression facilities and meter stations.
Ensure engineering oversight activities align with Enbridge's technical standards, regulatory requirements, and project execution frameworks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineering SMEs, Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Review and approve engineering deliverables, reports, and recommendations from oversight engineers. Support the resolution of technical issues during design, procurement, and construction phases.
Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and career development of oversight engineering staff.
Who you are:
Engineering degree or technical diploma. A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Technologist (P.Tech.) registered or eligible for registration with APEGA is an asset.
12 years of progressive experience.
Experience in facility engineering, including design and construction support for natural gas compression and metering infrastructure.
Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring engineering or technical teams.
Strong working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., CSA Z662, ASME) and Enbridge internal specifications.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
Working Conditions:
Office based standard hours with occasional extended hours during peak project phases.
Occasional travel to project sites as required (approximately 25%).
