The Regional District of Central Okanagan is seeking a Supervisor of Fleet and Facilities to lead the maintenance of assets, ensuring efficient operations and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in facility management along with extensive experience in project management and communication skills. As the successful candidate reporting to the Manager, Financial Services, you are responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the organizations fleet and facilities while advancing opportunities to reduce RDCO greenhouse gas emissions through responsible tangible capital asset management. This position supervises a team that includes mechanics, custodians, and administrative staff.

4. Undertakes general administration associated with Fleet and Facilities :
You will be an ideal match for this role if you have a diploma in facility and fleet management and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a municipal or civil related field. You will have fleet and facility maintenance experience, knowledge of vehicle fleet management, as well as experience working with computerized accounting systems. It is critical to the success of this role that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments to establish and maintain working relationships.
This is an exempt position that has a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 - $110,000. It is the RDCO's philosophy to pay in the middle of the range for a fully qualified applicant.
