Job Description

Reporting to the Manager CRM, the Supervisor, Email Marketing is responsible for planning and developing compelling content and email personalization strategies focused on driving traffic online and to stores. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technical and creative individual to lead end-to-end execution and elevate current email campaigns and journey programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with Vice-President of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and CRM Manager to set quantitative and qualitative objectives for email and personalization performance.
2. Develop weekly, monthly, and annual email communication and personalization plans.
3. Establish an email content calendar aligned with topical needs, buying cycles, customer segments/lifecycle, and promotional plans.
4. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of overall content and email performance by segment, including setting key performance indicators.
5. Lead and develop a team to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or content development.
3. Experience in retail or digital agency environments is an asset.
4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
