Carefor Health & Community Services is seeking a Supervisor for Clinical Services. This temporary role involves managing personal support services, training staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. As the Supervisor, Clinical Services you are responsible for daily delivery of personal support services provided by PSWs. You will complete personal support care plans with new clients, update care plans as required, participate in client case conferences, and support the resolution of identified service concerns. In collaboration with the Professional Practice Team, you will support the orientation of new staff, provide ongoing staff training, follow up with any identified job performance issues and complete regular performance reviews. In doing so, you will ensure high quality personal support services are delivered to Carefor clients. Further, you will use evidence-based, best practice guidelines supported with informational data to ensure successful team performance. This position description outlines the key responsibilities and the nature of work. It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties and tasks of the position.
