THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL

  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members toensure we meet or exceed quality and productivity targets
  • Supervise the department’s performance as well asmonitor and evaluate its systems and processes
  • Workwith employees and members of the Management Team to address and resolveissues and inquiries presented by plan sponsors, partners and theirrespective clients.
  • Takean active role in identifying and supporting projects related toproductivity enhancements and process improvements.
  • Manage resources and capacity, including day to daytasks to support internal and external requirements
  • Support the implementation of new requirements andservices through system and process changes
  • Work closely with and serve as an active member of theLeadership Team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • University/College Degree.
  • Passion for employee engagement and strong leadershipcapabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the abilityto articulate needs and work with other areas of the business.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools specificallyExcel analytics.
  • Performance management experience with Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong industry knowledge within insurance.
  • Management / supervisory / leadership experience.
  • Abilityto ‘roll up the sleeves’ and get involved at a detailed level whenrequired to assure service targets and standards are achieved.
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills that support working effectively and collaborativelyin a team environment.
  • Experienceleading teams in the identification and implementation of continuousprocess improvements and technology changes.
