Job summary

Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park, part of Canad Inns, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional front‑of‑house service. The role requires flexibility with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.

As a Supervisor you will allocate tasks, maintain guest satisfaction, and uphold Canad Inns standards while promoting a positive team environment and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Smart Choices certification required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated hospitality-focused guest service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with POS systems; Squirrel experience is an asset.
• Comprehensive beverage knowledge.
