Job summary

Canad Inns is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Starbucks operations within our Manitoba locations. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, daily operational efficiency, and strict adherence to company standards.

You will lead team members, provide training and coaching, and support recruitment and development while maintaining a positive work environment. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or related environment.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform hands‑on duties as required and support all areas of the operation.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job description

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding operational and customer service standards while supporting all areas of the Starbucks operation. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Starbucks operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role supports management by upholding company standards, monitoring team performance, providing training and coaching, and delivering hands‑on leadership to ensure efficient daily operations. The Supervisor may also assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and development while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive movements as required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to operate point‑of‑sale systems, coffee equipment, and other operational tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Working Conditions:
