Job summary

Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead daily operations and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive dining atmosphere. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality, 1+ year in supervision, strong critical thinking, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Knowledge of beverages is a plus and opportunities for career growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Smart Choices certification.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated hospitality-focused guest service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with POS systems (Squirrel experience considered an asset).
• Comprehensive beverage knowledge.
