Job summary

The Burger’s Priest is seeking a Supervisor for our Downtown Toronto locations. You will train and coach the team, ensure absolute service, and work with senior management to maintain a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Role requires at least 1 year of team leadership, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one. You will handle cash, orders, and inventory as part of a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and guest experiences.
• Willing to certify Food Handler if not certified.
• Able to work mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently.
• Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team

• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
