Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a hands-on Supervisor in Ontario to lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You will model outstanding guest service, train staff, and uphold quality, cleanliness and safety standards every shift.

As a daily operations partner to the Owner, you will recruit, coach, and inspire a diverse team, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure Tim Hortons standards are followed across all stations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and coach a diverse team to high standards.
• Strong guest service mindset and commitment to cleanliness.
