Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Prince Albert, SK is seeking a Supervisors to lead by example and energize a fast-paced team. You will train and coach staff, uphold food quality and cleanliness, and ensure outstanding guest service every shift.

With 1–3 years in quick-service supervision, you will drive operations, recruit, onboard, and mentor team members while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and efficient restaurant environment.

In this role, you will lead by example, motivate team members, and create a positive and energetic work environment where every guest receives outstanding service, every time.

As a passionate leader, you believe in the importance of training, coaching, and supporting team members to maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

If you have 1-3 years of quick-service or restaurant supervisory experience, along with practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching employees, we would love to hear from you!

• Ability to lead a diverse team while promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Experience handling cash transactions and basic financial reporting
• Knowledge of the food service industry; barista or serving experience is an asset
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
