Northland Properties in Canada is seeking a talented restaurant leader to join our Leadership Team. You will actively lead shifts, support senior leaders, and help manage budget goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will motivate and develop staff, foster a positive morale, and contribute to inclusive, high-performance teams across Canada and the USA as new restaurant openings arise.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service focus and budget awareness.
