Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily cannabis retail operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor.

The role requires retail leadership experience, strong communication, and certification to sell cannabis. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support merchandising, inventory, and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
  • Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (provincial requirements).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Store Supervisor – Cannabis Retail

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
