Valet Car Wash is looking for a Full Time Supervisor to work at our busy Brantford Location. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with a wage increase to $19.50 after 3 months. We are looking for someone who is available to be scheduled to work day shifts, afternoon shifts and weekend shifts.

What you will be doing:

• Leading, training and supporting your team through the daily overall operation and production of all vehicles coming through the car wash.
• Cleaning and detailing customer vehicles.
• Performing site duties, including opening, closing and mid day duties.
• Maintaining a productive work schedule and overseeing daily operations.
• Coaching, training, directing and providing feedback to support employee performance.
• Ensuring excellent customer service, operations, safety, productivity and facility cleanliness standards are met.
• Increasing retail sales and productivity.
• Controlling labour and inventory costs.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly budget goals.
• Actively recruiting, supporting ongoing staff development, and recognizing and rewarding team members.
• Maintaining a positive team culture and upholding company standards and core values.
• Working closely with and communicating with the Management Team.
• Demonstrating leadership by working hands on with team members to get the job done and exemplify standards, expectations and teamwork.
• Able to reliably commute to Brantford, ON N3R 8A7, or plan to relocate before starting work
• Open availability for opening and closing shifts, weekdays and weekends
• Available for day, afternoon and weekend shifts
• Able to supervise and communicate effectively with Team Members
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in hot, cold and wet conditions
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving with a full range of motion
