Valet Car Wash in Kitchener, ON is seeking a Full-Time Exterior Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service team member with open weekday, weekend and holiday availability. You will greet customers, guide cars into the wash, and help ensure a safe, friendly experience.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and reliability; you will perform cleaning, assist with basic data entry on mobile apps, and uphold health and safety standards in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience required.
• Able to work outdoors in hot, wet, and cold conditions.

Valet Car Wash is looking for a Full Time Exterior Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service team member who has open availability to work at our busy Kitchener Location.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Working outdoors while attending the car wash entrance and guiding cars safely into the car wash
• Making recommendations to customers and answering customers questions
• Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met
• Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing seasonal and daily housekeeping duties to company standards
• Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience
• Working closely with the management team
• Comfortable with data entry and using mobile data applications
• Enjoys completing cleaning and organizing tasks
• This job requires that you have open availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays on an opening or closing shift as required — are you available to work these hours?
• Are you comfortable working outside and completing physical tasks in hot, wet and cold conditions?
• 4 years Customer Service Experience Required
• Multi-tasking and good time management skills

• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, walking, and moving with a full range of motion for long periods of time
• Comfortable working outdoors and in noisy, hot, cold, and wet conditions
