Valet Car Wash is seeking a Full-Time Exterior Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service teammate for our Cambridge, Ontario location. You will greet customers, guide vehicles, perform safety checks, and maintain cleanliness and order while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

Valet Car Wash is looking for a Full Time Exterior Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service team member who has open availability to work at our busy Cambridge Location.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, caring, and professional greeting
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to achieve goals and succeed as a team
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Working outdoors while attending the car wash entrance and guiding cars safely into the car wash
• Making recommendations to customers and answering customers questions
• Ensuring all health, safety, cleaning, equipment, housekeeping, and work area organization standards are met
• Staying productive and checking in with site supervisors/managers and completing seasonal and daily housekeeping duties to company standards
• Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure a consistent, quality driven, best-in-class customer experience
• Working closely with the management team
• Comfortable with data entry and using mobile data applications
• Enjoys completing cleaning and organizing tasks

• This is a full time job and requires that you have open availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays on an opening or closing shift as required — are you available?
• 5 years Customer Service Experience Required
