Job summary

Gatsby Valet Inc. in Mississauga is seeking an energetic Valet Lead/Supervisor to oversee a team of valet drivers at upscale locations and events. You will train staff, ensure impeccable service, and coordinate with guests and clients for seamless experiences.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid G driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Prior lead or management experience overseeing a team in hospitality.
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervisory duties: train and develop valet drivers to meet site expectations.
  • Hold drivers accountable and coordinate with guests, clients and employees.
  • Revenue management and tips administration.
  • Coordinate with head office and locations.
  • Valet duties: greet guests, park cars, assist with luggage, maintain bay cleanliness, adhere to safety policies.

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as a Valet Lead/Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervisory responsibilities
    • Train and develop valet drivers to meet site expectations
    • Hold drivers accountable
    • Coordinate with all stakeholders including guests, clients, and employees
    • Revenue management
    • Tips management
    • Coordinate with Headoffice
  • Valet Responsibilities
    • Greet guests by opening their door as they arrive
    • Park guests’ vehicles safely in designated parking spots
    • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with luggage and other needs
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet bay at all times
    • Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members
    • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and customer service
Qualifications

Compensation:
  • $20+/Hourly – Varies between locations.
