Trouw Nutrition is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor

As a supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will oversee the team, ensure productivity, and maintain the quality of services provided.

Main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the proper functioning of daily operations:
• Order management
• Complaint management
• Customer request management
• Follow-up on issues
• Monitoring performance indicators
• Organizing work and ensuring employees understand their duties and tasks (Work plan and shift management)
• Monitoring employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Communicating information from senior management to employees and vice versa
• Managing the Customer Service team:
• Leave management
• Vacation planning
• Performance evaluation (with DSC)
• Development plans (with DSC)
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Weekly coaching of team members
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service
