12 Month Secondment / Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave

Location - UK Flexible

This role is key in developing and implementing new learning design to support organizational needs, working as a generalist or across disciplines such as technical learning, learning design, e-learning development, and classroom learning. You will work with stakeholders to understand learning needs, develop suitable solutions, and collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts to create, mobilise, and evaluate learning content.

Experience in developing engaging e-learning content is essential.

Accountabilities

• Lead design projects to ensure solutions meet business strategies and goals.
• Manage end-to-end design projects, from concept to closeout.
• Oversee learning solution design management, maintaining documentation and plans.
• Collaborate on content creation and ensure timely delivery.
• Align learning solutions with strategic directions of business units.
• Create storyboards, video scripts, and digital instructional content.
• Design bespoke instructional and blended learning solutions, including assessments and simulations.
• Work with SMEs to ensure learning objectives are met and solutions are effective.
• Participate in design and scoping meetings, applying Action Mapping methodology.
• Lead teams to create engaging training solutions and ensure quality.
• Define evaluation metrics with stakeholders and use feedback for continuous improvement.
• Research and recommend innovative learning solutions and technologies.
• Maintain high standards in training design, working under tight deadlines.
• Manage projects virtually, demonstrating strong organisation and results focus.
• Uphold professional credibility and team collaboration.
• Show passion for professional development in behavioural learning.
• Work effectively in remote teams, keeping learner and customer focus at the forefront.
• Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Translate learning requirements into impactful content demonstrating ROI.
