We are recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor.

As a supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will oversee the team, ensuring productivity and the quality of services provided:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations:
    • Order management
    • Handling complaints
    • Managing customer requests
    • Follow-up on issues
    • Monitor and report on performance indicators
  • Organize work and ensure team members understand their duties and tasks (Work plan and shift management)
  • Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Communicate information from senior management to staff and vice versa
  • Manage the Customer Service team:
    • Leave and vacations
    • Performance evaluations (with DSC)
    • Development plans (with DSC)
    • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
    • Weekly coaching sessions
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Ensure the team provides excellent customer service
