Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will develop a respectful, coachable environment, recruit and train staff, and drive sales while maintaining strong cost controls in a fast-paced Tim Hortons restaurant.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in quick service as a supervisor and a proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor team members.
