Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee participation
• Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review activities in the Power Recovery Cogeneration Department
• Oversee powerhouse operations (boilers, steam, water systems, and utilities)
• Plant shutdowns, inspections, and preventive/corrective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Identify energy efficiency and emission reduction projects
• Track performance standards and recommend improvements
• Ensure required training and certifications are up to date for all employees
