Job summary

Twin Rivers Pulp Ltd. seeks a Supervisor Fuel Yard (Production) for its Edmundston, NB operation.

You will lead a production team, plan and supervise activities in the Fuel Yard, Chipping and Ground Wood areas, and ensure safe, efficient unloading of biomass and chips. The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, bilingualism is an asset, and a technical/forestry background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in production/manufacturing
• Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
• Degree or trade in technical/mechanical/forestry disciplines preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee participation
• Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review activities in assigned areas (Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood)
• Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets
• Ensure unloading of Biomass and Chips is done safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and organize priorities effectively
• Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals
• Work with operation employees to optimize costs and maintain quality
• Ensure operational stability

Requirements

• Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline
