Job summary

EllisDon Corporation in Edmonton is seeking a Superintendent to provide overall construction management, coordinating design, budget and schedule with Project Manager, Owners, Engineers and Architects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of large complex projects.

You will lead project meetings, mentor the project team, advise senior management on potential problems, and monitor cost reports to maintain positive cash flow.

Qualifications

• Construction degree and 6–8 years of construction experience or equivalent.
• Experience on large projects (Design Build, P3, Residential, Commercial, Institutional or Healthcare).
• Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities
