Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing on-site work to ensure drawings and specifications are followed.
• Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower levels, material quantities, inspections and requirements.
• Monitor work performance and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Advise on potential problems, schedule difficulties and help resolve them.
• Maintain and analyze cost reports to keep the project within budget.
• Meet with stakeholders professionally to communicate concerns and interests.
