Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead construction management on large, complex projects, including design, budget and schedule coordination with PMs, owners, engineers, and architects. Strong preference for data centre project experience.

The role calls for a construction-related degree and 10+ years of experience, with leadership of project teams and effective stakeholder communication as core requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management, including design, budget and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers and Architects to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget on large complex projects.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's ongoing progression.
• Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development.
• Advise senior management of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving conflicts.
• Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project's cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.

You as a Senior Superintendent will:

You have a construction-related degree and 10+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience working on data centre projects is strongly preferred.

You have advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and engineering drawings.
