FLINT Corp. in Alberta seeks a Superintendent with a pipefitter or boilermaker background and exchanger experience to oversee construction sites and drive project execution in a temporary role based in Alberta. Local candidates are preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

The role focuses on supervising multiple crews, coordinating with the operations team to meet budgets and timelines, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites.
• Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
• A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical trade such as a Boilermaker or Pipefitter is considered an asset.
• Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
• Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

• Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
