We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to work between May 5th and September 1, 2025, at our retail locations across Ontario. We seek individuals with engaging personalities who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Join us to create lasting impressions and share your knowledge about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits through paid online training.

About the Role:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system promptly, courteously, and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Perform duties that involve lifting cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and standing for extended periods.

About You:

• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit).
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus.
• Willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check at your own expense prior to employment.

Required Availability:

• Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
• Saturdays and Sundays (available all day for 4-8 hour shifts)

Long Weekends:

• Victoria Day
• Canada Day
• Civic Holiday
• Labour Day

Additional Availability:

• Additional shifts available Monday-Thursday based on store needs.
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance; occasional short-notice shifts may occur.
