Sword Security is recruiting Seasonal Premium Suited Event Personnel to join our Ottawa team. Join one of Ontario’s leading event security and crowd management organizations, working at high-profile venues and events.

We are seeking polished, dedicated security professionals who deliver a safe, welcoming guest experience with professional presence and teamwork. Ontario event security experience is required, with licences and certifications in good standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience in Ontario event security.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence required.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Valid Smart Serve certification required.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle shifts.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends and evenings, with shifts up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class security and guest services to clients and attendees.
• Provide a professional, welcoming presence throughout the event.
• Conduct security screening including access control, wanding, bag checks and other screenings as required.
• Ensure compliance with client expectations, venue regulations and company standards.
• Monitor crowd movements and respond to emerging situations.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentation while representing Sword Security.
• Support a safe, positive, and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
