Job summary

Quality IT Resourcing seeks a SuccessFactors Payroll Support Consultant to work on configuring EC Payroll to meet client requirements, support testing and deployment readiness, and coordinate with EC, Time Management, and technical teams for optimal SAP functionality.

The role covers integration testing across Payroll, Time Tracking, Employee Central, Benefits and third-party systems, with documentation duties for configurations and specifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Payroll Lead to configure client requirements in EC Payroll and suggest standard SAP functionality
• Support payroll testing, reconciliation, defect resolution and deployment readiness activities
• Collaborate with EC, Time Management, and technical teams to validate requirements and review configuration options
• Support integration testing between Payroll, Time Tracking, Employee Central, Benefits, and third-party systems
• Prepare and maintain configuration documentation such as workbooks and functional specs

Description

• Work with Payroll Lead to configure the client’s requirements in EC Payroll, recommend configuration solutions and support end to end payroll process design
• Support payroll testing, reconciliation, defect resolution and deployment readiness activities
• Collaborate with EC, Time Management, and technical teams to validate requirements, review configuration options, and recommend standard SAP functionality where possible.
• Support integration testing between Payroll, Time Tracking, Employee Central, Benefits, and third-party systems to ensure accurate end-to-end processing.
• Prepare and maintain configuration documentation including but not limited to workbooks, functional specifications, etc.
