Job summary

Voyago is seeking a Supervisor in London, Ontario to lead the student transportation team. You will oversee daily operations, coach drivers, and ensure safety and contract compliance while coordinating with schools and internal teams.

This on-site role demands strong leadership, safety focus, and reliable customer service in a fast-paced environment. Required are a valid Class B licence (upgrade available), post-secondary education or equivalent, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead staff to meet contractual standards.
• Ensure coverage during absences and high-demand periods.
• Coaching and development through onboarding and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with schools, HR, maintenance, and health & safety teams.
• Maintain KPIs, timesheets, and payroll inputs.
