Northern College is seeking a Student Success Advisor to support students at the college and identify early intervention strategies, providing learning resources for student success.
Reporting to the Campus Manager, you will assist with learning plans, workshops, one-to-one support, resource guidance and progress tracking to promote student achievement.

Reporting to the Campus Manager, the Student Success Advisor will support students studying at Northern College, identify early intervention strategies, and provide learning resources for student success.
The successful candidate will be well-organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills, possess problem-solving skills, and be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
Please note this position qualifies under Northern College's protocol for hiring in remote regions. Candidates with relevant experience and who do not meet the education requirements may be given consideration based on relevant equivalent qualifications.
