Job summary

Bayswater Toronto is seeking an experienced and student-focused Student Services & Accommodation Coordinator to support students throughout their Bayswater experience, with a strong focus on homestay and residence operations.

The successful candidate will manage homestay programs, recruit and screen host families, conduct home inspections, and coordinate student placements and welfare, ensuring safety and quality standards across campus support services.

Qualifications

• Experience in homestay, student accommodation, international education, or a similar environment.
• Experience with homestay host recruitment and screening, onboarding, home visits and placements; conflict resolution and accommodation-related support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, timely support to students throughout their studies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for student enquiries relating to services, accommodation, transportation and student life.
• Support student arrivals, orientation, and overall wellbeing.
• Handle student concerns and welfare matters with confidentiality and escalation as required.
• Assist with planning and delivery of student activities, events, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, Accommodation, Sales and Operations teams for a seamless student experience.
• Support after-hours welfare/emergency response for student accommodation or related issues.
