Job summary

iA Financial Group, a leading Canadian financial services company, is seeking a Student - New Business Administrator. You will contribute to the administration of contracts for new insurance policies and support data accuracy and workflow efficiency.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, autonomy, and adaptability in a hybrid work setting across Canada, with opportunities to develop professionally while collaborating with internal partners and agents.

Qualifications

• Is currently enrolled in a CEGEP or university program in a related field.
• Is recognized for their accuracy and attention to detail when entering and verifying data.
• Stands out for their autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work in a changing environment.
• Has a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Has an intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with unilingual English-speaking internal partners across Canada, including the Toronto-based manager.

Responsibilities

• Validate approved policies to ensure compliance prior to issuance.
• Submit corrections for non-compliant contracts to ensure an exemplary level of service.
• Review returned policies to validate the information entered.
• Print paper documents as requested by agents and assemble them.
• Transfer files to the appropriate teams based on the nature of the requests.
