Fidelity Canada invites applications for a Student, National Accounts & Sales Enablement role in Toronto. You will support the National Accounts and Sales Enablement teams, preparing materials for clients and internal partners while learning through a structured program.

• Assist with data collection and accuracy for Fidelity's CRM system.
• Ad hoc projects, as required.
• Research external dealer platforms to uncover new business opportunities for Fidelity.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a student in National Accounts & Sales Enablement, you will be working closely with the National Accounts and Sales Enablement teams in maintaining their high level of client servicing as well as assisting in identifying new business opportunities to further drive the business forward.

Collaborate with External Clients & Internal Partners

• Assist with preparing, organizing and presenting materials and presentations for external clients and internal partners.
• Assist with organizing and taking notes for Portfolio Managers and Subject Matter Experts.

Internal Resource for Sales Team and Business Partners

• Assist sales and internal business partners to answer questions about products and processes.

Sales enablement

• Assist with data collection and accuracy for Fidelity's CRM system
• Ad hoc projects, as required.

Provide Industry Analysis

• Research external dealer platforms to uncover new business opportunities for Fidelity.

What We’re Looking For

• You are working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, economics, or business
• You have a keen interest and knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets
• You can manage short term database projects and assist in various sales initiatives
• You can identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering competitive and marketplace intelligence
• You must also be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills required

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent

This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00, based on experience and qualifications.

We offer market-aligned rates that recognize the specialized skills and agility required for this role. We’re proud to offer a compensation package that aligns with provincial pay transparency requirements.
