Job summary

St. Clair SRC is seeking a contract Coordinator, Communications and Student Experience to enhance the student journey through communications, branding, and event support on campus.

This 15–18 month role serves as a liaison among SRC, students, staff and external partners, overseeing digital platforms, campaigns, merchandise, newsletters and events to build an engaging campus community. Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in writing/editing official documents and promotions.
• Budget preparation and management experience.
• Knowledge of branding and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Events Coordinator on events programming, budgeting and scheduling.
• Edit internal and external office communications.
• Oversee SRC website content and liaise with IT for administration.
• Coordinate monthly e-newsletters detailing SRC services and events.
• Develop and manage SRC merchandise and sales via Shopify/Square.
• Respond to inquiries via the SRC website and route to staff.
• Support directors to review monthly initiatives and provide guidance.
• Assist digital marketing efforts with social media campaigns.
• Oversee health bot units, inventory and purchasing.
• Assist with budget for promotional/branding use and swag.
• Supervise promo team staff payroll and schedules.
• Coordinate student photographer coverage for events.
• Liaise with ad sales agencies and printers.
