Aramark is hiring a Student Food Service Worker for Dockside Dining Hall at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, NS. This entry-level role focuses on food prep, safety, and delivering friendly customer service to campus guests.

You'll learn operations on campus, work as part of the dining services team, and gain hands-on experience in food safety, serving, and line setup in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Food service experience is an asset.
• WHMIS and Food Safe certification (Basic or Advanced) is an asset.
• Knowledge of high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work supervised or unsupervised.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and support smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and builds food items according to recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly according to standards.
• Sets up workstations including prep tables and service counters.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items and ensures proper stock levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Follows Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
