Job summary

Indspire is seeking a Student Caller to support donor stewardship through thank-you calls and outreach in a part-time, in-person role in Toronto. The position offers 15-20 hours per week with shifts Mon–Fri between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, and a flexible schedule for students.

The ideal candidate is a dependable post-secondary student with strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic database management. Prior call center or fundraising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Seeking a dependable post-secondary student who has ideally received support with a scholarship or bursary.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with donor outreach or fundraising is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Make donor thank-you calls to support Indspire's donor stewardship efforts.
• Accurately record donor information and feedback in a confidential database.
• Support other donor outreach activities as required under supervision.
