Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Student Employment - Business Solutions Advisor to help improve IT delivery practices and explore practical AI use cases. This part-time role runs 14–21 hours per week during the academic term, starting as soon as possible, with a hybrid work environment in Quebec and Montreal.

You will contribute to standards, templates, and best-practice guides, work under supportive leadership, and gain hands-on experience on real projects while balancing studies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor in IT delivery improvement by supporting practices related to business solution delivery and documentation.
• Define, evolve, and promote clear, consistent, and practical standards, templates, tools, and best-practice guides.
• Identify concrete Artificial Intelligence use cases to improve delivery efficiency and contribute to documentation.
• Implement practical AI use cases to optimize cross-functional processes and documentation quality.
